What do you do?
We buy houses fast, for cash, in any condition. We are ideal if you need a quick sale and do not desire, or have the time, to list with an agent.
Are there any fees/commissions?
No fees. No commissions. All fees will be paid by us.
How does it work?
Simply fill in the form or give us a call at (504) 565-2024 . We will schedule a time to see the house and see what repairs will be needed. With this information, we will make an offer. If we agree on a price, we will sign a contract and send it to a title company to prepare for the closing sale. We close, you receive your money, and you’re done!
My house is in terrible condition. Will you still buy it?
Absolutely! We have seen it all. We buy homes in Louisiana in any condition; good or bad.
Do I need to clean before I move out?
No need to clean. Take what you want and leave the rest. We take care of everything so you don’t have to! Simple.
Will you buy my house if a tenant is living there?
Yes, even if there is a tenant, we are still interested in making you an offer!
How long does it take to sell my and house and get my money?
If necessary, we can close in as little as 3 days! Typically closings take around 2 weeks, but we are willing to close whenever it is convenient for you. Selling your Louisiana house has never been easier!
